Aria
We are looking for the perfect “forever home” for Aria. She is about 2 years old and on the smaller side (11 lbs).
She is a finished Champion in both the US and Australia, where she was born. She is an extremely loving dog. Very velcro and wants to be with her people all the time. She loves to lay in your lap and be carried around the house. Aria is a very playful girl and gets along with all people and dogs. She lives with a cat and is very respectful.
She is crate trained and house trained but can be a submissive pee-er. She is well-behaved on the grooming table. A home with a yard would be preferred because she is a big “alarm” barker around the neighborhood. It would be nice if she could run and play in the privacy of her own home! She would do well in an active home but is not overly energetic. She is just a young, happy poodle.
Aria was retired from our breeding program because she is showing signs of IVDD (neck pain) which is unfortunately not uncommon in small poodles. Her home will need to understand she cannot wear collars/any pressure around her neck, and rough play/tug-of-war or excessive jumping should be kept to a minimum. Her weight should also be maintained appropriately to limit physical stress.
A home with small dogs and/or older kids would be preferred. She is spayed. If you think you might be a good fit for Aria, please reach out so that we may learn a bit more about you!
